We are looking for Candidates to fill positions to continue to help our youth foster their love of Jesus.

St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, OH presents an exciting opportunity to join the educational team. Looking for a Full Time or Part Time Coordinator of Religious Education K-6 (full job description) and Full Time or Part Time Coordinator of Religious Education 7-12 (full job description), Youth Minister (full job description).

These positions are in place for someone to succeed with support and to help our youth encounter the Love of Jesus, through himself and all of us that they encounter. These roles would work together to manage administrative functions, provide leadership and support for the catechetical staff, and coordinate all aspects of the faith formation including sacraments. Parish Council Elections

There is one upcoming vacancy for St. Augustine’s Parish Council. Applications are available now and must be submitted by February 15th. Elections for this vacancy will take place at the March Parish Council meeting. This role helps support the mission, ministries, and long-term vision of our Church. 


Parish Directory

Directories can be picked up or purchased at the rectory office, Monday - Friday. Directories are $15 each. Directories will be sold on a first come, first serve basis until gone.  Thank you for your cooperation.


Recycling of Religious Items

St. Mary Recycle Mission Group from Lancaster, PA will be in our area again helping to rescue and recycle used religious items that are no longer needed. The recycling program was developed to help parishes, convents, and religious organizations in need of items that they cannot afford. They accept anything religious in nature, in any condition with the exceptions of pottery, concrete statues, books, hymnals, pamphlets, DVD’s, or Christmas items. Items to be recycled can be dropped at your parish office by March 1st. Items will not be accepted after this date. 


St. Augustine/St. Joseph Mission Commission

Mission Commission will be meeting on Monday, February 2nd, at 6:30 pm in the Parish Center. Our guest speaker will be Polly Barga. Polly will be speaking to us regarding the Minster-New Bremen Right-to-Life. New members are always welcome to join us.


Soup & Stations

Join us on Fridays from February 23rd to March 27th at 5:30 pm for Stations of the Cross at St. Augustine followed by a meatless fellowship meal in the rectory basement. Free will offering and all are welcome! The handicap entrance is located on the east-side of the rectory.
