Funerals

We are sorry for your loss. Please remember that we are here to help you and to offer both comfort and hope for the future.

Contact the Funeral Director first and they will contact the parish office about the death of your loved one. The Funeral Director and Church work closely together to determine the date for the Mass of Christian Burial. Once a Mass date has been established, please call the office and set up a time to meet with the priest or designated staff member who will assist in the funeral planning process.

Funeral Planning Guide

Family members may choose the Scripture readings for the Mass as well as hymns, pall bearers, offertory participants, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Servers, etc. Your family can review the funeral planning guide by clicking here and use the following readings/hymns as options for Mass of Christian burial:

If you have another reading/hymn in mind that is not listed above, please bring it with you so we may discuss and add it to the Mass preparation. Contact the Parish Office at 419-628-2614 to set up a meeting, answer your questions and assist you in identifying your preferences.
