Mass Cancelation Policy 

Weekday Cancellations:

In the event of inclement weather on weekdays, please refer to WCSM and local news channels for updates. If Minster Schools announce a delay, the 8:00 am Morning Mass is canceled. If Minster Schools are closed for the day, all Masses will be canceled. Mass stipends will be rescheduled to the next available date.

On Mondays, if Minster Schools are delayed, the 8:00 am Communion Service will be canceled, and Adoration will begin at Noon. If Minster schools are closed, Adoration will be canceled for the entire day.

Weekend Cancellations:
Weekend Masses and Holy Days of Obligation will only be canceled if Auglaize County is under a Level 3 Snow Emergency. Cancellation information will be communicated through social media platforms (including Facebook), parish websites, Flocknote, and email notifications (for those with an email on file).



Please use prudence and good judgement when coming to Mass during periods of severe weather and bad road conditions. The obligation to attend Sunday Mass is dispensed if you are homebound due to the weather; consider watching Mass online and praying the Rosary as a family instead.
